Value of Value

Do you know what's more beautiful than saying "I love you" to somebody? It's "I value you."

When you are valued by somebody, you will feel precious, respected, cared for, and loved. When they value you the most, they would be afraid to lose you.

When they say they value you, they look through your millions of shattered pieces and adore your real beauty. Knowing that you are being valued would pull you out of any hell you live in. It would make you feel stronger and make you fall in love with your mess all over again.

When they say they value you, their gaze would speak thousands of unspoken words, which would play the strings of your heart and sing the song of your soul. You would love to see yourself through their eyes to value yourself better.

When they say they value you, they would cherish you. They would not dare to break or leave you.

Have you ever ended with a question on your mind, "Did he/she really value me?" and heard your heart cracking up? Then I'm afraid the answer is "no." It might hurt you worse to hear this truth, but when somebody values you, they won't run the other way.

They won't end up stabbing right through your chest and walk away to live a life when your wounds are still covered in blood. Building a castle with your bleeding pain as their red carpet is no symbol of value.

There is no use in holding the knob when they aren't willing to take efforts to walk through that door.

When they don't know the VALUE OF VALUE. Let them learn it. Your purpose is not to profess them that. When they don't value you, guard up to tell yourself the truth and walk past the door.
